    Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. North Island estimated 5-7 days. South Island estimated 7 days. Rural estimated <10 days

  • Are all your pieces handmade?
    Each piece is individually handcrafted using traditional silversmithing techniques. This means each piece is unique in its own way.
  • Do you use recycled or sustainable materials?
    Whenever possible, we use recycled metals and locally sourced materials to reduce our environmental footprint.
  • Is your jewellery ethically made?
    Yes, all of our jewellery is individually handmade in New Zealand by silversmith Sue Dunmore
  • What materials are used in your jewellery?
    Our jewellery is crafted primarily from sterling silver and gold, often incorporating pearls and gemstones.
  • Do you offer custom or personalised jewellery designs?
    We welcome custom design requests and are happy to discuss your ideas with you.
  • My jewellery has turned dark
    Some perspiration and body oils can be more acidic than others, which can sometimes cause the metal of your jewellery to discolour or oxidise quicker. To help this process slow down, we recommend taking your jewellery off while sleeping, exercising, showering, and swimming. If your jewellery has started to tarnish, we recommend using a jewellery polishing cloth for Sterling Silver and Solid Gold pieces.
  • How do I clean and care for my jewellery?
    We recommend cleaning gently with the soft cloth provided and store in a dry place with the anti tarnish strip also provided. Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals, this is especially critical for pearls as they can damage the surface.
  • Will the silver tarnish over time?
    Yes, we don’t Rhodium plate our sterling silver so it will naturally oxidize. Regular polishing with the polishing cloth provided and storing with the anti-tarnish strip provided will help keep it bright.
  • Do you offer jewellery repairs or re-polishing?
    Yes, we’re happy to help maintain the life of your jewellery. Contact us to discuss repair or refurbishment
