The hammer mark worn openly.

Where the Open Bangle refines its hammering beneath a high polish, the Clasp Bangle wears its making process on its surface. The organic struck quality is the point here. Each hammer mark visible, each facet the direct result of a specific strike on a specific piece of metal. The hand is present and that is entirely intentional.

A slim square profile sterling silver bangle secured with a hook and loop clasp, a single silver bead locking into a silver hoop for secure closure. The fine square profile creates a refined silhouette that lets the hammered surface do all the work. The clasp is considered and functional, nothing more and nothing less.

For the woman who wants to wear the evidence of how something was made. The bangle that carries its story on its surface.

Sterling silver, hammered finish, square profile, hook clasp with bead detail. Approximately 65mm interior diameter. Handmade in New Zealand by Sue Dunmore, Porini Design Studio.
